1. Imangaziev Tolegen is an educator-educator, a member of the Alash movement, a member of the Alash party, the Western part of the Republic of Alash Orda and Turkestan (the name of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 1905 until 1924 (before the "arrival" of the Soviet regime)).

2. A native of the Ural region. He graduated from the Urals city two-year Russian-Kazakh school, Orenburg school for teachers of Russian-Kazakh schools.

He worked as a teacher of the Russian-Kazakh school of the Auliekul volost, Alshynbay aul of Torgai region, a teacher of preparatory classes for the Orenburg school for teachers of Russian-Kazakh schools, the governor of the Sonali volost of Zhympytinsky district, the teacher of the Alash militia in Oyil, and the Zhaksybay secondary school.

6.The mere fact of the existence of the Kazakh Autonomous Republic forced the Soviet government in 1924 to go on artificial creation in Central Asia of other national republics in opposition to the Kazakh one. So from the former Bukhara and Khiva Emirates and part of the Turkestan ASSR, the Uzbek SSR, the Turkmen, the Tajik Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, the Kyrgyz and Karakalpaks were formed as part of the Kazakh Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in separate autonomous regions. Such was the unrecognized, but true historical role and mission of the Autonomy of Alash and other modern national states of Central Asia.

7. In 1925, the Orenburg region was transferred to the RSFSR, thanks to which the Tatar and Bashkir ASSR were territorially separated from the KazASSR, since the Soviet authorities feared the re-creation of the great Turkic state no less than the colonial imperial empire.

In 1905-1917 the name "Alash" became the idea of the Kazakh national revival, the program for creating a modern national culture and a single nation, the slogan and banner of the struggle for the restoration of national statehood.
